If you experience any problems with your order contact us immediately. When receiving your order, immediately unpack and place items in the freezer or thaw to prepare. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of any issues with your order immediately.
